FAQ
Q. What graphic file format should I submit for my project?
A. Graphic files are either raster (common file extensions include JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and PSD) or vector (AI, EPS, PDF, CRD, DXF). Only vector images can be scaled up for oversized applications without quality loss, or used to plot out vinyl; therefore vector files are required for most sign and print projects. Of course, there are certain exceptions.
Q. What if I only have a JPG or TIFF file of my logo?
A. If a raster file (common file extensions include JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and PSD) is your only available option, please ensure it is at least 300dpi. If you have any questions about a file submission, or need help determining if a specific graphic file will work for your project, download the files above or contact us directly at (615) 297-5681.
Q. What if I don't have a graphic designer on staff?
A. We’re happy to help! We offer design services for any project – from signs and banners to print projects, logos, business cards, and more. Contact us at (615) 297-5681.
